Common questions

Completely. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train public models. Giselle works for you alone — you can export or delete everything at any time from Settings.

Never the big stuff. Giselle prepares everything — drafts, carts, calendar changes — and brings it back for one tap of approval. Nothing sends, changes, or buys without your yes.

Your calendar (Google or Apple), your email, and the people in your circle. She works quietly across them so the threads of your day stay in one place. You can disconnect any account anytime in Settings.

Open Settings → Membership to switch between monthly and annual, update your payment method, or view invoices. Any change takes effect at your next renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime — no phone call, no retention script. Open Settings → Membership → Cancel, or simply email hello@heygiselle.com and we’ll take care of it. Your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period, and your data leaves with you — export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
